Lung Meridian
The lung meridian has 11 points and it originates in the middle of the body running downwards connecting with the large intestine passing through the diaphragm to connect with the lungs, It starts in the upper chest by the crease of the arm and it comes up and over the crease of the arm and comes down the arm on the inside across the crease of the elbow and continues coming down over the wrist and finishes on the inside edge of the thumb by the corner of the nail another branch comes from the back of the wrist and ends on the inside edge of the index finger to connect with the large intestine meridian.
The lungs meridian polarity is Yin and the direction of energy starts in the upper chest by the crease of the arm and
finishes on the inside edge of the thumb by the corner of the nail.
Large Intestine Meridian
The large intestine meridian has 20 points and it starts on the inside edge of the index finger and runs between the thumb and index finger and runs up the arm to the crease of the elbow and cut`s across at an angle towards the outside edge of the arm then it cuts back in and continues running up the arm to the highest point on the shoulder you should recolonize this point because we used it earlier when we was doing headache recovery, It then splits into two branches one runs internally towards the lungs, diaphragm and large intestine, the other branch runs externally upwards where it passes the neck and check and enters the lower teeth and gums, it then curves around the upper lip and crosses to the opposite side of the nose.
The large intestine meridians polarity is Yang and the direction of energy starts on the outside edge of the index finger
by the corner of the nail and finishes on the outside edge of the nose.
